Signature Prototype

Signature prototype cannot be installed and should only be used if you need to create many signatures, for example, for all employees of your company!

Signature prototype is a signature that contains general information (company name, address, website, etc.) and the company logo (this logo will be displayed for employees who have not added their photo to the signature), which will be repeated in all new email signatures.

When creating a new signature in the Signature editor, all the information from the signature prototype will already be added, all that remains is to add the missing information.

Signature prototype information is used to auto-fill fields and add a default logo or photo. You can easily change it when creating a new email signature.
